Easy Caramel Pecan Pie

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 (12-ounce) jar caramel topping shopping list
- ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1½ cups pecan halves shopping list
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly with a fork.
- Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir in topping and butter.
- Mix well.
- Stir in pecan halves.
- Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted off-center comes out clean.
- Cool thoroughly on rack before serving.
- Cover, chill to store.

pecan pie is a staple here in Texas. I love caramel and the caramel in this recipe just takes this pie over the top. It will definitely be on my holiday table!
