Peanut Butter Stars Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream peanut butter, butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla.
  • Mix in flour until blended.
  • Press through cookie press onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Sprinkle with colored sugar, if desired.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until firm and light golden at edges but not brown.
  • Transfer to wire racks to cool.
  • Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
