How to make it

  • Combine sriracha, soy, garlic, and ginger in a bowl with a lid or a zip top bag. Toss shrimp in mixture and allow to marinate 30 minutes.
  • Remove shrimp from marinade and discard excess liquid.
  • Alternate orange, shrimp, and pineapple pieces evenly on 10 skewers.
  • Preheat your grill and rub with oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Grill skewers 2-3 minutes on each side. Shrimp is done when it turns from translucent gray to opaque pink/white.

    shrimp and hot sauce and pineapple are seriously some of my most favourite foods. This combo sounds so yum! can't wait to try it out this weekend. :)
