snicker cake

This cake tastes like a snickers bar but more people can enjoy it.It is a family favorite
Ingredients
- 1 German chocolate cake mix shopping list
- 1 pkg caramels shopping list
- 1 stick oleo shopping list
- 1/3c milk shopping list
- 3/4c. chocolate chips shopping list
- 1c. chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cake mis according to instructions on cake box.
- Pour half of the batter in a 9x13-inch pan
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Melt caramels with oleo and milk.
- Pour over the baked cake mix.
- Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Dot remaining cake batter on top.
- Bake 20 minutes longer at 250 degrees and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from oven and cool. Needs no icing

Hi, I thought I would let you know that I made this tonight and my family loved it. While it was still warm out of the oven, I scooped French vanilla ice cream on top and it was decadent and rich. The only time consuming part was unwrapping caramel...more
