Green Chiles N Artichoke Dip

- 3/4 Cup canned marinated artichokes shopping list
- 1/4 Cup canned diced green chilis shopping list
- 1 Cup Kraft Realy Mayo shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups grated cheddar cheese - separated into 1, and 1/2 shopping list
- 1 Cup grated parmesan cheese - separated into 1/2 and 1/2 shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 baguette bread to slice shopping list
- ** I have added finely diced onion, finely diced red pepper, and chopped pimentos on occasion. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl add and mix all ingredients except reserve 1/2 cup of both cheeses for the finish.
- In a medium casserole dish, evenly spread the dip with a spatula or spoon.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes on a cookie sheet.
- Be careful not to overfill your dish or it will spill over during baking. Slice up the baguette into 1/4 inch slices.
- When the dip is close to being finished you can turn over to broil and place under broiler to get a nice brown.
- Remove dip from oven and cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with baguette.

you are right about the something besides spinsch, even though I love spinach and artichoke dip. But I am a green chile fanatic.....and this sounds great....will be on the menu this week!!!!!!
