Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add and mix all ingredients except reserve 1/2 cup of both cheeses for the finish.
  • In a medium casserole dish, evenly spread the dip with a spatula or spoon.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes on a cookie sheet.
  • Be careful not to overfill your dish or it will spill over during baking. Slice up the baguette into 1/4 inch slices.
  • When the dip is close to being finished you can turn over to broil and place under broiler to get a nice brown.
  • Remove dip from oven and cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve with baguette.

We love Stonemill Kitchen's Artichoke Jalepeno dip, but this would be much cheaper and sounds great!
