Creamy Potato Puff

an alternative to just plain mashed potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese shopping list
- 4 c. hot mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cheese and potatoes
- Add remaining ingredients and place into 1-quart casserole
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
- makes 6-8 servings
