I make up most of my recipes as I go. I'll see a recipe that will give me an idea and go from there. It REALLY is good. I took it to 2 of my food testers and one didn't get back in the door before she had eaten half of a slice.
I have 25 food testers that test all of my new dishes before I enter them into my website or put them into my books. Each dish is ranked from 1 - 10 and must receive at least an 8. This one got a full 10

If you like black eyed peas, have you ever tried, what I call "Georgia Pea Patties?" They are so good. You make them just as you would Salmon Patties but use drained, cooked black eyed peas instead of the Salmon.
