I have never heard of this one, but I am certainly
going to try it !! 55555 and FFF group added! :)

I make up most of my recipes as I go. I'll see a recipe that will give me an idea and go from there. It REALLY is good. I took it to 2 of my food testers and one didn't get back in the door before she had eaten half of a slice.

I have 25 food testers that test all of my new dishes before I enter them into my website or put them into my books. Each dish is ranked from 1 - 10 and must receive at least an 8. This one got a full 10

Hi Martha,

Delighted to have you as a Cookin' Buddy. Black-eyed peas in dressing...WOW, what a fantastic idea and OH...so Southern. Looking forward to cooki with you.

oldgringo, Richard

Love the way this sounds...I love all kinds of dressing...and black eyes too, so this should be wonderful! Thanks so much..

If you like black eyed peas, have you ever tried, what I call "Georgia Pea Patties?" They are so good. You make them just as you would Salmon Patties but use drained, cooked black eyed peas instead of the Salmon.

Never heard of such..:) but sounds good to me...Thanks for recipe..

Thank you, thank you. Much appreciated and of course a 5.
