Warm Creamy Bacon Dressing Recipe
Easy and good mayonnaise based salad dressing that is flavored with bacon, garlic, and Parmesan. This is especially good on spinach salads! Recipe could be halved easily.

Ingredients
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • dash cayenne, (optional)

Directions
  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain; reserve 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings.
  2. Heat the reserved bacon drippings, bacon and garlic over low heat 1 minute. Stir in mayonnaise or salad dressing and milk. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until heated through.
  3. Remove from heat. Add pepper, Parmesan cheese, and cayenne, if desired.
