Jezebel Sauce Over Goat Cheese Rounds Recipe
This is a nice appetizer especially if serving before a ham or pork dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. apricot preserves
  • 1 c. pineapple preserves
  • 1/4 c. horseradish, drained
  • 3 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions
  1. Mix preserves, horseradish, mustard, and pepper.
  2. Store covered in the refrigerator.
  3. To serve, slice goat cheese in rounds and place on a small platter.
  4. Spoon jezebel sauce over the top.
  5. Serve with water crackers for a nice crunch that will not compete with the flavors of the sauce.
