Jezebel Sauce over Goat Cheese Rounds

This is a nice appetizer especially if serving before a ham or pork dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 c. apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 c. pineapple preserves shopping list
- 1/4 c. horseradish, drained shopping list
- 3 tbsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix preserves, horseradish, mustard, and pepper.
- Store covered in the refrigerator.
- To serve, slice goat cheese in rounds and place on a small platter.
- Spoon jezebel sauce over the top.
- Serve with water crackers for a nice crunch that will not compete with the flavors of the sauce.
