this is a recipe that I found that I thought my bread machine "friends" might like... I haven't tried it but it does sound good...the recipe is from pastry wiz
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 LB LOAF shopping list

- 1 c Plus 2 tb water shopping list
- 3 c bread flour shopping list
- 1/3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 tb sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 ts garlic salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 ts dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1 3/4 ts yeast shopping list
- 2/3 c Sliced pepperoni shopping list
- ........................................................................ shopping list
- 2 LB LOAF shopping list
- ........................................................................ shopping list
- 1 1/3 c water shopping list
- 4 c bread flour shopping list
- 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 tb sugar shopping list
- 2 ts dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1 1/2 ts Yeast* shopping list
- 1 c Sliced pepperoni shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni. Add pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or light crust.
