Olives in Cheese Pastry

Light, tender cheese pastry enrobed queen-size green olives. We sometimes make these and eat them all ourselves... not all at one time!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar shopping list
- 4 1/2 tablespoons melted butter (no substitutions) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 30 queen-size green olives with pimento, rinsed and dried shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Blend cheese and butter in food processor.
- Combine flour and paprika.
- Add to cheese mixture.
- Pulse until pastry is workable with the fingers.
- Remove dough from processor.
- Wrap olives with dough.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
