How to make it

  • Drain and rinse black beans.
  • Chop scallions (without chive) and roast iwith garlic cloves in oiled tin foil on grill or in oven.
  • Chop walnuts.
  • Mix vinegar and oil.
  • Toast flatbread.
  • Mix beans, cooled scallion,s walnuts, bean sprouts, walnuts, vinaigrette, and goat cheese.
  • Chill approximately 10 minutes.
  • Cut toasted flatbread into points.
  • Serve as a salad cold with toasted flatbread points.
  • May also be served as a dip with the points or chips.
