Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Put oil in hot pan
  • Melt butter in this pan
  • Sautee chops 4 mins. each side or until golden brown
  • Put this same pan in 375 degree oven for 8 mins.
  • Rest chops on a platter covered loosely with foil
  • Throw onions in the original pan you 've taken out of the oven
  • And return pan to high heat on stove: REMEMBER YOUR OVEN MITTS
  • Add flour, whisk and cook for 1 min
  • Add wine, reduce by half
  • Add stock, reduce by half or to a sticky yummy sauce
  • Take pan off heat and whisk in mustard, parsley , cornichons and any juice that has accumulated under the porc chops
  • Serve those babies. Potatoes or rice in nice. You'll know what to do!
