Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Chocolate and peanut butter are one of my favorite combos
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened and unsalted shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter shopping list
- 2 lg. eggs shopping list
- 1 cup flour, all purpose shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semi sweet shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into mixing bowl
- In another mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, and peanut butter with hand mixer until light and fluffy
- Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until smooth
- Add dry mixture to wet mixture and beat until combined
- Add chocolate chips
- Drop dough by tbls. about 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Put on rack in middle of oven and bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack
- Makes 64-68 cookies...Recipe can be halved
