This was in our weekley paper compliments of Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Prep: 20 min. plus refrigeration.

Ingredients
  • What you need!
  • 1 1/2 cups Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups chopped peeled apples (about 3)
  • 3/4 cup Planters Chopped Pecans
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Make it!
  2. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  3. Line 13x9-inch pan with floil.
  4. Mix crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom of pan.
  5. Bake 10 min.
  6. ===================================================
  7. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  8. Add sour cream; blend.
  9. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each, just until blended.
  10. Pour over crust.
  11. ====================================================
  12. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, apples, pecans and cinnamon; spoon over batter.
  13. ===================================================
  14. Bake 1 hr. to 1 hr. 5 min.
  15. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  16. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
