As it's salmon season here I'm sharing salmon related stuff. This is great on grilled or broiled salmon or as a dip for veggies

I LOVE dill and this sounds so good. I will make salmon this week and coat it with this. Thans for sharing. Yummers.

This simple dip is so good. It is perfect on salmon. BF will not eat salmon unless this sauce is included. I have some chilling as we speak...Thanks!

Hi Sunny,
First off, hugs from my family {{{HUGS}}}}. Made the sauce last night so it had plenty of time for the flavors to marry.
Ladled this across tarragon and roasted garlic crusted pork medallions. Presentation looked awesome with just the color scheme and the aroma was killer.
From there it was "Dad is there anymore left??" (yes I made a double batch) and we now move to trying it on the tarragon and lemon pepper steamed broccoli florets and then the roasted sheet potatoes with bacon and lemon pepper. All took the flavor very nicely. Nice clean aftertaste. Have made dill sauces before but never added lemon juice. Think that makes all the difference. My next step is adding minced garlic and see where that goes. This is a serious winner!
Thanks from me and the clan!

I made this tonight to put on fish tacos. It was excellent. I actually used lime juice instead of lemon because the fish marinated in lime juice, so I thought it would be a good combination. It was very good, thanks!
