HERSHEYS WHITE CHIP LUSCIOUS LEMON COOKIES

- • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar shopping list
- • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel shopping list
- • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- • 2 eggs shopping list
- • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- • 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Premier White chips shopping list
- • 1 cup chopped pecans(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- 2. Beat butter, brown sugar, lemon peel and vanilla extract in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in white chips and pecans, if desired. Drop by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
- 3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until almost set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 2-1/2 dozen cookies.
