Love these. I like to serve them with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp and 1/2cups sugar separated
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 - 8inch flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup to dip
  • 1/2 cup cool whip or whipped cream of your choice
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel syrup to dip

Directions
  1. brush tortillas with melted butter
  2. dust one side of tortilla with cinnamon sugar
  3. stack tortillas one on top on another and cut into 4ths
  4. in one layer place tortillas on a non stick baking sheet.
  5. cook at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  6. allow to cool for a few minutes and serve with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and caramel syrup
