Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds of split wings
  • for rub
  • 4 T paprika
  • 2T kosher salt
  • 1T garlic powder
  • 1t course black pepper
  • 1t dry mustard
  • 1t cayene powder
  • 1t chpotle powder
  • 1 t hot mexican chile powder
  • 1/2 t habenaro powder (optional)
  • mix all together
  • 1 spray bottle with 2 part water to 1 part cider vinegar

Directions
  1. rinse and dry wings
  2. coat generously with rub
  3. let sit for 45 min.
  4. while wings are taking on flavor
  5. start your coals
  6. cook wings over med hot coals till cooked through 30-45 min
  7. turning as needed
  8. spray with vinegar water mixture every 10 mins or so to keep the spices from burning
  9. sereve with carrot stix celery blue cheese dip and lots of ice cold beer
  10. enjoy
