Sparkling Rum Runner

The rum runner is a classic drink. This is a sparkling version you can serve as an aperitif or with dinner. This is from Chow!

Combine rum,rum syrup,pineapple juice and bitters and stir until well blended
Pour rum mixture into a glass and top with sparkling wine. Squeeze lime into drink and drop slice into glass
