Flounder in Puff Pastry

- 1 lb fresh baby spinach shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 pkg frozen puff paste thawed shopping list
- 2 lb flounder filets shopping list
How to make it
- Cook, spinach briefly, drain and pat dry
- Saute onions and garlic in butter.
- Stir in sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Unfold pastry sheets on lightly floured surface.
- On one sheet, Place spinach, onions, garlic in middle of pastry
- Place flounder fillets on top
- Place second pastry sheet on top and bring corners together gently pressing to seal
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake in a 400F oven until golden brown about 40 minutes
- Cut into 6 servings and garnish with fresh dill
