How to make it

  • Cook, spinach briefly, drain and pat dry
  • Saute onions and garlic in butter.
  • Stir in sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg
  • Unfold pastry sheets on lightly floured surface.
  • On one sheet, Place spinach, onions, garlic in middle of pastry
  • Place flounder fillets on top
  • Place second pastry sheet on top and bring corners together gently pressing to seal
  • Place on baking sheet
  • Bake in a 400F oven until golden brown about 40 minutes
  • Cut into 6 servings and garnish with fresh dill
