How to make it

  • Peel potatoes and celery roots and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • Boil in water until tender and drain
  • Mash with the garlic, butter, cheese and seasonings to taste

    i tried celery root one time and i had a bad allergic reaction. my arms started burning and turning red and then the swelling started and i almost had an asthma attack. and now i always have to talk about celery root every time i have any doctor or hospital visits. holly
