Ingredients
  • 1 TBS grated fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves/pressed
  • 4 TBS soy sauce
  • 1 cup white wine (optional) I never use the wine.
  • 2 TBS oil
  • 4 TBS Lemon Juice

Directions
  1. Microwave ginger, garlic, oil, soy sauce, and lemon about 2 minutes or less.
  2. Put foil in a baking dish.
  3. Put salmon in foil.
  4. Pour mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.
