- 1 TBS grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves/pressed shopping list
- 4 TBS soy sauce shopping list
- 1 cup white wine (optional) I never use the wine. shopping list
- 2 TBS oil shopping list
- 4 TBS lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Microwave ginger, garlic, oil, soy sauce, and lemon about 2 minutes or less.
- Put foil in a baking dish.
- Put salmon in foil.
- Pour mixture over the salmon.
- Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.
