Apple Dapple Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix eggs, salad oil, butter, and sugar and blend well
  • Sift flour, salt, soda, add to egg mixture
  • Add vanilla, choppe apples, nuts
  • Pour into a greased 8-9 inch tube pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour. While cake is still hot, pour hot topping over it in the pan and let cool.
  • When completely cool, remove from pan
  • **Directions for topping are to put ingred in small sauce pan and cook 2 1/2 min. Pour over hot cake.
