How to make it

  • Trim stem of mushrooms about 1/4" from cap.
  • Heat oil to 360 degrees.
  • Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Dip mushrooms into batter,allow excess batter to drip back into the bowl.
  • Fry mushrooms a few at a time until golden brown,turning once,about 3 minutes at a time.
  • Drain on paper towels that have been placed on brown paper bag.
