Ingredients

2 large cans sweet potatoes

2 T butter or margarine

3 T brown sugar

2 pinches cinnamon

juice from one orange

large marshmallows

Directions

Cook sweet potatoes on stove with butter, about 15 minutes, with liquid from can simmering

Drain liquid off

* Or peel fresh sweet potatoes, cut into chunks, and cook in water and butter until done for mashing, and drain liquid off *

Over low heat, Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and squeeze orange over the pan, allowing some flesh to fall into the potatoes

Mash by hand with potatoe masher

Transfer to baking dish, (he uses the deep square corning ware dish)

Cover entirely with rows of large marshmallows

Place under broiler, on bottom rack, until marshmallows have browned

Sounds good, I think I posted a really good one quite some time ago that has apple slices in it. Check that one out as it's really yummie. Got that recipe from my neighbor years ago. You have my 5 for this one.
