Sausage Bites

Spicy spin on an easy appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk hot italian sausage shopping list
- 1lb. bulk sweet Italian sausage shopping list
- 1lb.shreded mild cheddar cheese shopping list
- cocktail rye bread shopping list
How to make it
- Brown all sausage and drain
- put sausage in a large bowl add cheese while still hot
- mix until cheese is melted (you can make recipe to this point up to 3 days before your party just put in airtight container in the fridge)
- preheat oven to 350 spread mixture on cocktail rye and put on a sheet pan
- bake 10-15 minutes till hot and bubbly
- Enjoy
