Ingredients

1 lb. bulk hot italian sausage

1lb. bulk sweet italian sausage

1lb.shreded mild cheddar cheese

cocktail rye bread

Directions

Brown all sausage and drain

put sausage in a large bowl add cheese while still hot

mix until cheese is melted (you can make recipe to this point up to 3 days before your party just put in airtight container in the fridge)

preheat oven to 350 spread mixture on cocktail rye and put on a sheet pan

bake 10-15 minutes till hot and bubbly

You have so many great recipes! I will never find the time to make them all. But this one is tonight! Maybe on a different bread. The kids do not like rye, but they have others of those little breads. I am sure I can find a cocktail bread they like. I can get them to help me make them too! This is going to be fun!!!
