Ingredients

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup light brown sugar

3/4 cup Crisco

3/4 cup butter

3 eggs

1 tea vanilla

3 cup flour

1 1/2 tea baking soda

3/4 tea baking powder

3/4 tea salt

3 cup oatmeal

1 1/2 cup toasted pecan

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

In large bowl cream together Crisco, butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time then vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add alternately to mixture with oatmeal. Fold in nuts, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Using a small melon scoop drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15.
