Pork Marsala

- 4 oz. linguine shopping list
- 1/2lb.sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1Tbs canola oil shopping list
- 1Tbs butter shopping list
- 1/2c marsala wine or beef broth shopping list
- 2Tbs tomato paste shopping list
- 1/4tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2lb cooked pork tenderloin,cut into strips shopping list
- 1tsp. minced parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cook linguine according to direction on pkg. Meanwhile,in large skillet,saute mushrooms and garlic in oil and butter till tender.
- Stir in wine,tomato paste,salt and pepper till blended. Add pork. Bring to boil. reduceheat;simmer,uncovered,for 5 mins or till heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Drain linguine;serve with pork mixture.
