Pork Marsala Recipe
A favorite of ours. Good with crusty bread and a Ceasar salad.

Ingredients
  • 4 oz. linguine
  • 1/2lb.sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 1Tbs canola oil
  • 1Tbs butter
  • 1/2c marsala wine or beef broth
  • 2Tbs tomato paste
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2lb cooked pork tenderloin,cut into strips
  • 1tsp. minced parsley

Directions
  1. Cook linguine according to direction on pkg. Meanwhile,in large skillet,saute mushrooms and garlic in oil and butter till tender.
  2. Stir in wine,tomato paste,salt and pepper till blended. Add pork. Bring to boil. reduceheat;simmer,uncovered,for 5 mins or till heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Drain linguine;serve with pork mixture.
