How to make it

  • Cook linguine according to direction on pkg. Meanwhile,in large skillet,saute mushrooms and garlic in oil and butter till tender.
  • Stir in wine,tomato paste,salt and pepper till blended. Add pork. Bring to boil. reduceheat;simmer,uncovered,for 5 mins or till heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Drain linguine;serve with pork mixture.
