Crusty Ribeye Steak  With Horseradish Cream Recipe
this is an easy juicy steak that is sure to impress the beef eaters

Ingredients
  • 4 thick cut ribeyes
  • a good quality real maple syrup
  • 3-4 cloves garlic crushed
  • course pepper
  • course salt
  • for horse radish cream
  • 1/2 cup horseradish
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • course black pepper

Directions
  1. bring steaks to room temp.
  2. drizzle steaks with syrup
  3. rub with the pepper,salt,and garlic
  4. let flavors meld while the grill is getting hot
  5. for horseradish cream
  6. combine sour cream horseradish and course pepper until well blended
  7. refrigerate until ready to serve
  8. put steaks on the hot grill and cook to desired doneness ( Med.Rare for me thanks)
  9. only turn steaks1 time that is what will make a nice crust for you
  10. to make steaks a little more rich a decadent trying topping with a good blue cheese the last minute on the grill
  11. let steaks rest a few minutes before serving
  12. top with horseradish cream and enjoy

Does the crust have a sweet taste from the syrup or does it give way to the salt, pepper and garlic?

Horse radish and ribeye, hmmmm. Can't find the 10 so can only give you a big 5
Great recipe.


Ribeye Steaks have to be my favorite and your recipe is fantastic especially that horseradish cream.
