Ingredients

How to make it

  • bring steaks to room temp.
  • drizzle steaks with syrup
  • rub with the pepper,salt,and garlic
  • let flavors meld while the grill is getting hot
  • for horseradish cream
  • combine sour cream horseradish and course pepper until well blended
  • refrigerate until ready to serve
  • put steaks on the hot grill and cook to desired doneness ( Med.Rare for me thanks)
  • only turn steaks1 time that is what will make a nice crust for you
  • to make steaks a little more rich a decadent trying topping with a good blue cheese the last minute on the grill
  • let steaks rest a few minutes before serving
  • top with horseradish cream and enjoy

    Does the crust have a sweet taste from the syrup or does it give way to the salt, pepper and garlic?
