Cranberry Salsa

- 16 ounces fresh cranberries (about 4 cups) shopping list
- 1 orange, washed, halved, seeded, and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 small jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier shopping list
How to make it
- Pulse the cranberries, orange, and jalapeno until evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl, add the sugar and Grand Marnier. Mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with tortilla chips or use on turkey sandwiches!
