Cranberry Salsa Recipe
Great salsa to serve for those Thanksgiving football games! Great on turkey sandwiches, too! And...it is really pretty in a glass bowl. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces fresh cranberries (about 4 cups)
  • 1 orange, washed, halved, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier

Directions
  1. Pulse the cranberries, orange, and jalapeno until evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl, add the sugar and Grand Marnier. Mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with tortilla chips or use on turkey sandwiches!
