- 1/2 Cup butter shopping list
- 1-1/2 Cups brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 Cup Cooked (or)canned pumpkin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2-1/2 Cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 Cup black walnuts shopping list
- 1 Cup butterscotch chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cream Butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs,pumpkin and vanilla.
- Mix and sift flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt,nutmeg,and cinnamon.
- Add to creamed mixture,mix well.
- Add walnuts and butterscotch chips,mix gently,but thoroughly.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees,for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from cookie sheet while they are still warm.
- Cool on racks.
- Could top them with a soft frosting if you wish.
