Roasted Mushroom Medley

- (2 lbs.) Mixed fresh mushrooms (trimmed, chopped to large pieces) shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves (Chopped or paste) shopping list
- ½ Cup of olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp of Chopped Fresh or dried rosemary shopping list
- 1 tsp of Chopped Fresh or dried sage shopping list
- ¼ Cup of Chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp if using dried shopping list
- 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- (Preheat the oven to 350F.)
- In a glass measuring cup, mix the olive oil with the garlic, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl put the mushroom pieces and toss in the oil mixture and evenly sprinkle with the rest of the spices, mix well.
- In a sprayed ovenproof casserole, stir in the mushrooms and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the heat, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and mix well.
