How to make it

  • 1. Seed peppers, peel mangoes and slice fruit away from central pit. Dice the mango fruit, red pepper, green pepper and onion.
  • 2,Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix lightly then add diced mango, pepper, and onion.
  • 3. Mixture will keep in the refrigerator for 3 days.

    YUM! This would be good over some lovely Salad greens too I think. I wish I was able to eat fish, but I can't. Unless its from the local Fish and Chips shop :-)
