Scalloped Corn Supreme

Ingredients
- 1 1-pound 1-ounce can (2 cups) cream-style corn shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 well-beaten egg shopping list
- 1 cup cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped canned piniento shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Heat corn and milk.
- Gradually stir in egg.
- Add next 4 ingredients and dash pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish.
- Top with buttered crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serves 6.
