Braised Beef Short Ribs Recipe

Braised Beef Short Ribs Recipe
These cook so long that when you eat them they fall off the bone. The sauce the cook in is so tasteful, so make sure you have a great loaf of bread

That looks amazing. Here in Pennsylvania, the sell short ribs crosscut. I've never seen it before, but they're really good (and fast) broiled, then gnawed.

I made these last night. Decided to add a small red potato. Very tasty. Will also add more carrots and celery.

MMMmmm lookin good!
