These cook so long that when you eat them they fall off the bone.
The sauce the cook in is so tasteful, so make sure you have a great loaf of bread

That looks amazing. Here in Pennsylvania, the sell short ribs crosscut. I've never seen it before, but they're really good (and fast) broiled, then gnawed.
