Easy Tuna Spread

- 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons reduced - fat sour cream shopping list
- 1 can (12 oz.) white tuna in water, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Line 2 cup metal bowl or mold with plastic wrap.
- Place mixture in bowl.
- cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until set.
- Carefully unmold onto serving plate.
