How to make it

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mustard in a bowl then mix well.
  • Moisten chops and dip in dry mix to coat both sides.
  • Add meat to skillet and brown well on both sides adding more butter if necessary.
  • Mix water, chicken bouillon, lemon juice, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce together.
  • Pour over browned chops then cover and cook until meat is tender about 25 minutes.
