Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mustard in a bowl then mix well.
  3. Moisten chops and dip in dry mix to coat both sides.
  4. Add meat to skillet and brown well on both sides adding more butter if necessary.
  5. Mix water, chicken bouillon, lemon juice, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce together.
  6. Pour over browned chops then cover and cook until meat is tender about 25 minutes.
