How to make it

  • Clean the mussels.
  • Steam them in white wine.
  • Split the shells in half, discarding any that didn't open.
  • Melt butter, added finely chopped garlic and a little dash of hot sauce and pour this mixture over the half shells of mussels.
  • You can make this recipe with any amount of mussels and any amount of sauce, if you like garlic, add more, if you like hot sauce, add more, it's versatile.
