How to make it
- Clean the mussels.
- Steam them in white wine.
- Split the shells in half, discarding any that didn't open.
- Melt butter, added finely chopped garlic and a little dash of hot sauce and pour this mixture over the half shells of mussels.
- You can make this recipe with any amount of mussels and any amount of sauce, if you like garlic, add more, if you like hot sauce, add more, it's versatile.
