Delicious Pineapple Au Gratin Recipe

Perfect with ham. Great for buffets. Wonderful for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Delicious.

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1-14 ounce can pinapple chunks, undrained
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions
- Melt butter in oven proof casserole dish
- In a bowl, mix all iremaining ngredients, except the cracker crumbs
- Add this mixture to the casserole dish
- Stir around to mix in the butter
- Top casserole with the cracker crumbs
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
- NOTE: I prefer a casserole dish a little smaller than a 9 X 13.
