Ingredients

How to make it

  • Butter english mugffins & put butter side down in bottom of large casserole.
  • Mix: sausage, slightly beaten eggs, sour cream, salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Pour over muffins
  • Cover with shredded cheeses
  • Sprinkle chilis over all
  • Wrap tightly with foil & refrigerate over night
  • Bake 1 hour at 350
  • Serve with salsa

    This is a good casserole with the english muffins. They stand up to the custard better than bread or toast. A good sturdy base that tastes great.
