Creamy hot cinnamony

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can evaporated milk
- Whole milk
- 4 or 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- Raisins (optional)
Directions
- After rice is cooked mixall ingrediets together
- The milk mixture must equal 1 qt
- Use 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp nutmeg in mix
- Pour the milk mixture over all ingredients and put into a buttered casserole dish
- Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon and nutmeg over top
- Bake @ 350 for 1 hr
- If you want a more custard like dessert use less rice
