Ingredients
  • Ingredients:
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 3 Cups of Celery
  • 3 Tablespoons of Minced Parsley
  • 3 Tablespoons of Rosemary
  • 3 Tablespoons of Thyme
  • ¾ lb of Sausage Meat
  • 1 large Loaf of White Bread or 3 boxes of Mrs. Cubbison’s Dressing
  • Milk
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. Preparation:
  2. Chop up onions, garlic and fry in 1 cup of butter.
  3. Chop up celery and fry with the onion & garlic.
  4. Add minced parsley, thyme & rosemary.
  5. Fry sausage then pour out the fat and put that in with the vegetables.
  6. Soak the bread cubes (or Cubbisons) in milk. Squeeze the bread dry from the milk & add to the vegetables with the poultry seasoning.
  7. Cook all together for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool.
  8. Add eggs and grated cheese and mix well.
  9. Now can put into the Turkey or kept as a side dish or both.
