Olympics Chicken

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 8 chicken thighs, skin removed shopping list
- 10 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (I usually use about 1 teaspoon fresh) shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet, heat oil. Brown chicken on both sides.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
- Drain off fat.
- IN bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
