Peaches And Cream Pie

- 2 Cups fresh, sliced peaches (or 1 15 oz can of sliced peaches) shopping list
- 1 can of sweetened, condensed milk shopping list
- 1 4oz package of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of raw sugar, like "Sugar-in-the-Raw" shopping list
- 1 unbaked pie crust for a 9-inch, single-crust pie shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Arrange the peaches in bottom of the pie crust. If using canned peaches, drain them thoroughly before putting them into the pie crust.
- Next, beat the cream cheese until it is soft.
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk into the cream cheese.
- When the condensed mik and the cream cheese are thoroughly mixed together, beat in the egg, almond and vanilla extracts, and nutmeg.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Sprinkle the sugar over the top of the pie.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cream cheese mixture has set up.
- This pie is best when it is still slightly warm from the oven.
