How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Arrange the peaches in bottom of the pie crust. If using canned peaches, drain them thoroughly before putting them into the pie crust.
  • Next, beat the cream cheese until it is soft.
  • Mix the sweetened condensed milk into the cream cheese.
  • When the condensed mik and the cream cheese are thoroughly mixed together, beat in the egg, almond and vanilla extracts, and nutmeg.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the peaches.
  • Sprinkle the sugar over the top of the pie.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cream cheese mixture has set up.
  • This pie is best when it is still slightly warm from the oven.
