This easy recipe is a nice change from a lettuce or cabbage salad . The blue cheese gives this salad a tangy,zesty taste that makes your taste buds just want moe.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower floettes (cut into bite size peices
- 6 sliced bacon ( microwaved till crunchy)
- 3 oz. blue cheese
- 2 or 3 stalks fresh celery; cut into bite size peices
- 6 green onions (white part only,sliced)
- 1/2 cup stuffed green olives, drained from water
- mayonaise (just enough to moisten)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except for mayonaise and bacon
- Add just enough mayonaise to moisten
- I mix in bacon peices just before serving.
- You may add black pepper if you wish, but no salt as the blue cheese has enough salt in it for this dish
