Coconut Kisses Recipe

How to make it

  • In a saucepan bring the coconut and water to a boil. Add the brown sugar and stir well. Cook on low for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • When the mixture begins to harden add the vanilla and stir well. Cook another few minutes until it gets very sticky.
  • Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Let the candy cool completely. This recipe makes approximately 15 pieces.
