Easy Chicken And Cheese Enchiladas

- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 6 flour tortillas (6", warmed) shopping list
- 1 small tomato,chopped shopping list
- 1 green onion, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Stir the soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in a medium bowl.
- Stir 1 cup of the picante mixture, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.
- Divide the chicken mixture amoung the tortillas. Roll up and place them seam side down in a 11x8" shallow baking dish.
- Pour the remaining picante sauce mixture over the filled tortillas. Cover the baking dish and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until the enchiladas are hot and bubbling.
- Top with tomatoes and green onion.
