Another great comfort food that is not only inexpensive to make, it's easy to make and taste magnificent. Occasionally I will put Pepper Jack or Swiss cheese over the top during the last few minutes of cooking. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can milk
  • 2/3 cup French fried onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Heat skillet then brown chicken and add soup and milk then stir and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Add onions and season with pepper then serve over rice or noodles.
