ANOTHER SUPER EASY CAKE - I JUST MADE THIS SUNDAY NIGHT.
IT CAME OUT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED - HOPE YOU LIKE IT.

Ingredients
- 1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
- 2 TSP.GROUND CINNAMON
- 1 TSP.GROUND CLOVES
- 1 21OZ.CAN OF APPLE PIE FILLING
- 3 TBSP.OF MELTED BUTTER OR MARGERINE
- 1 TUB OF VANILLA FROSTING
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- IN LARGE MIXING BOWL COMBINE CAKE MIX,CINNAMON&CLOVES
- MIX WELL
- ADD APPLE PIE FILLING AND MELTED BUTTER
- MIX WELL
- PLACE BATTER IN 9X13 PAN SPREAD OUT EVENLY
- PLACE IN OVEN BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES
- TEST WITH TOOTHPICK SHOULD COME OUT CLEAN
- LET COOL THEN FROST - REFRIDGERATE AFTER FROSTING

IN CASE ANYONE WAS WONDERING WHY I DON'T USE A SPICE CAKE MIX - INSTEAD OF YELLOW WITH THE CINNAMON&CLOVES - IS BECAUSE WHERE I SHOP THEY ONLY HAVE WHITE,YELLOW&DEVIL'S FOOD MIXES TO CHOOSE FROM - PLUS I LIKE ADDING MY OWN SPICES IT MAKES IT MORE PERSONAL - LEEBEAR

I bet these would make great apple muffins too.
Ether way it is a wonderful recipe. I like adding my own spices to a cake like this and sometimes adding extra vanilla too and make it to my own liking.
